Since NutriMust products are freshly prepared food items, order cancellations are allowed only within 2 hours of placing the order.

Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

We do not accept returns or refunds for food products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

However, in case of:

1. Wrong product delivered
2. Damaged product during transit

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 working days.
